- This Revenue Specialist II - Child Support Case Processing Analyst position, on the Judicial Actions 2 Team, performs customer support and attends Court for child support cases.
- Initiating and responding to requests.
- Coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Researching and resolving case issues.
- Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps.
- Assisting customers.
- Preparing for and attending Court.
- Interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners.
- Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation.
Requirements
- Two years of experience processing information using a computer system
- Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
- Two years of experience communicating with others to gather information.
- Relevant education may substitute for the required experience.
- Routine travel for court attendance.
- National Level-2 criminal background check and fingerprinting.
- Male candidates born on/after Oct 1, 1962 must be registered with Selective Services or have exemption.
- Candidates claiming Veterans’ Preference must attach supporting documentation.
