About the role
- Supervises and monitors the performance of staff, providing training as appropriate.
- Keeps abreast of maintenance needs and repairs or supervises/schedules staff in the repairs and maintenance of park equipment including vehicles, tractors, implements, welding, mowers, etc.
- Operates all park maintenance equipment.
- Conducts safety inspections.
- Trains staff on proper operation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Prepares maintenance logs, schedules, reviews and approves time sheets, and completes purchasing documentation.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license.
- CDL License/Class A preferred.
