  • Creating, maintaining, and closing case files

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of office professionalism and practices
  • Computer experience, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to use copying and fax machine
  • Ability to organize files and other records
  • Ability to enter data in records management systems
  • Ability to handle telephone calls in a courteous and effective manner
  • Prior experience working in a legal office preferred
  • Ability to speak/read/write Spanish/Creole/French or other foreign language may be considered
