💰 $18 - $20 per hour

About the role

  • Provides independent support to the 16 WIC locations in Miami Dade County
  • Ensures the WIC locations receive supplies, equipment, administrative and educational forms, and material needed to assist the WIC clients
  • Assists with the maintenance of equipment, furniture, fixtures as well as minor facilities repairs and moving
  • Receives, sorts the materials, and supplies and reports discrepancies to the purchasing agent
  • Unpacks and stores supplies and materials in the assigned shelves as per warehouse store map observing safety shelving storage procedure
  • Packs weekly administrative forms and materials, nutrition education pamphlets and office supplies for delivery to the units according to the supply lists request
  • Sort and process packing slips forms enabling the receiving and delivery process
  • Inventories on hand supplies, nutrition education pamphlets, administrative forms, and equipment
  • Completes minor repairs/maintenance for units
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift 50 to 100 pounds
  • Experience maintaining inventories
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
