About the role
- Assist the department with the implementation of the Florida PALM project.
- Create/modify training schedules for the team.
- Create learning plans.
- Train users on the new Florida PALM system.
- Create PowerPoints, job aids, flyers to assist with engaging end-users.
- Update resources and links in SharePoint.
Requirements
- Experience with learning new processes and training users.
- Working knowledge of FLAIR
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
