About the role
- Investigate, analyze, and respond to escalated inquiries in writing
- Provide daily assistance to the Customer Service Center
- Resolve customer issues and respond to internal and external customers via email and letters
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle and driver license transactions and provide detailed written explanations as necessary
Requirements
- Knowledge of motor vehicle and driver license transactions
- Writing skills for creating letters and emails
- Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Skill in using general office equipment (computer, fax, copier)
- Ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy in challenging situations
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Skill in intranet research
- Ability to research and facilitate resolutions for escalated inquiries with limited guidance
