About the role

  • Investigate, analyze, and respond to escalated inquiries in writing
  • Provide daily assistance to the Customer Service Center
  • Resolve customer issues and respond to internal and external customers via email and letters
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle and driver license transactions and provide detailed written explanations as necessary

Requirements

  • Knowledge of motor vehicle and driver license transactions
  • Writing skills for creating letters and emails
