About the role

  • Oversee the Receivables Management training program.
  • Manage the work of the Senior Revenue Consultant, Tax Specialist Administrator, and Tax Specialist IIs.
  • Develop training materials and educate staff in collection techniques, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a professional setting, image, and safety for all employees to provide a productive environment.

Requirements

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue within the General Tax Administration (GTA) Program.
  • Five years of experience working within GTA.
  • Three years of managerial experience within GTA.
  • Experience working with multiple taxes, account analysis, and resolution in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
