About the role
- responsible for a criminal case load in Clay County
- represent clients in various types of court hearings
- includes jury trials, non-jury trials, motion practice
- conduct client interviews and witness interviews
- prepare witnesses for trial
- research and write legal documents and filings
- provide an ongoing assessment of the merits of a case
Requirements
- minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience
- preferably in Criminal Defense
- must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar
