About the role

  • Preparing the closed case files for scanning to the archives.
  • Providing administrative support to the Multistate & Privacy Bureau investigator and attorneys in the Orlando office.
  • Removing all staples, paper clips, tabs, etc. from the case documents.
  • Taping smaller papers onto a sheet of blank letter-size paper for scanning.
  • Separating documents by type according to the labels on the folders.
  • Selecting the correct bar code for the document type.
  • Identifying confidential information for removal and marking as non-public information.
  • Keeping records of what each box contains.
  • Preparing FedEx shipping labels.
  • Communicating by email with the Records Department regarding shipments.
  • Updating excel tracking reports.
  • Scanning documents and uploading them to the agency document management system.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of secretarial or clerical experience; or A High School diploma or its equivalent.
  • Good spelling and grammar skills.
  • Excellent ability to follow detailed instructions.
