About the role

  • Maintain thorough working knowledge of agency and legal activities as well as child support program policies and procedures.
  • Ability to use computers and related technology and software efficiently.
  • Responsible for the scanning and archiving of files to eliminate the physical files currently housed in our file room.
  • Perform miscellaneous office administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, e-filing, faxing, and delivers documents to partners.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months of secretarial or clerical work experience.
  • Vocational/technical training in the area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at the rate of 60 classroom hours for each month of the required work experience.
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent can substitute for the required work experience.
