About the role
- Review investigations received through the Florida Abuse Hotline
- Assist in identifying and facilitating the collection of critical information
- Coordinate with CPI Supervisor regarding assessments and safety planning
- Meet with CPI and provide record reviews and feedback
- Ensure trends and observations of investigative practices are incorporated into training
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in Florida's Child Welfare system
- Demonstrate ability to critically think through a variety of situations
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate and follow up on multiple activities
- Ability to create and enhance relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Proficient in programs such as FSFN, Word, Excel and Access
