- Lead the Central Region Child Protective Investigations Program
- Manage Child Protective Investigations Services processes
- Oversee day-to-day management of regional programs
- Conduct employee evaluations and manage operational improvements
- Implement departmental rules and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in child welfare (preference given to those with CPI specific experience)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree, preference given to individuals who also possess active child welfare certification
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency
- Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) proficiency
