About the role

  • Reviewing reports for troubleshooting and resubmitting rejected EDI fillings to the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
  • Performing other functions related to EDI and/or quality assurance as it relates to the workers’ compensation claims administration.

Requirements

  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Six (6) months of experience working in workers’ compensation insurance claims business in any capacity.
  • Proficient in entering and analyzing data within a claims system or other database.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
