About the role
- Responsible for dependency case work in Okaloosa and Walton counties
- Represent clients in various types of court hearings, including non-jury trials, TPRs, motion practice
- Conduct client interviews, witness interviews, and prepare witnesses for trial
- Research and write legal documents and filings
- Provide ongoing assessment of the merits of a case
Requirements
- Basic understanding of courtroom advocacy in dependency-related matters
- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar
