About the role
- Prepare clients for clinic visits by accurately recording height, weight, temperature, and medical history
- Provide essential Spanish translation services to assist clients with limited English proficiency
- Support physicians during patient care, treatments, and procedures; ensure equipment readiness and sterilization post-procedure
- Maintain efficient clinic operations by preparing exam rooms and guiding clients through their visit
- Monitor and manage medical supplies to uphold seamless clinic operations
- Collect, label, and process specimens for various laboratory analyses as required
- Prepare reports to ensure compliance with state programs and assist in specialized treatments
- Utilize the HMS system to schedule appointments accurately and schedule clients for tests and procedures
- Assist with referrals and follow-ups as needed
Requirements
- Minimum – One year of clinical experience working in a medical facility
- One year of phlebotomy experience
- English/Spanish bilingual, written and oral forms
- Preferred – Experience working in an OB/GYN clinical practice
