About the role
- Answering emergency and non-emergency phone lines, including 911 transfer and FHP calls.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer and telephone.
- Work at least 40 hours per week.
- The position is ideal for students or for those seeking supplemental income.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Potential candidates will be required to successfully pass CritiCall (call simulation testing) prior to interview.
- Those meeting the pre-determined scoring criteria will be invited to an interview.
- The position you are applying is subject to a Level 2 background along with Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) and State Law Enforcement Radio System (SLERS) security clearance, to include a fingerprint-based check of the criminal records of the FBI, as a condition of employment.
- Potential candidates must successfully complete a Drug Test, Psychological, Vision, and Hearing Examination.
