About the role

  • Drive new business in fleets, EV mobility, and energy management (PV & BESS) across Germany and Europe
  • Build and grow client relationships from first contact to long-term partnership
  • Report and manage activities in Salesforce
  • Represent Univers at trade fairs, events, and digital campaigns
  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting sales targets
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales Germany

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience (hunter profile)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Industry experience in EV mobility or energy management is a strong advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
