About the role

  • guide prospective students through admissions and enrollment
  • provide reliable, fast and high-quality support
  • maintain admissions paperwork with a very high level of accuracy
  • run initiatives to improve the experience of potential students
  • respond to enquiries across channels including phone, video calls, WhatsApp and email
  • build strong relationships with the Agentur für Arbeit and Jobcenter

Requirements

  • fluent in German and English (C1+ in both)
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • enjoys talking to people, brings empathy
  • comfortable picking up the phone and calling people; sales experience is a strong plus
  • proven attention to detail, able to follow processes accurately
  • works well in a team and proactively flags issues early
  • experience using a CRM (Pipedrive is a big plus)
  • comfortable trying out and using new technical tools
  • strong at building and maintaining relationships with public institutions
  • comfortable representing StartSteps at information events
