Engineer

• Driving improvements to our compliance framework: You'll identify opportunities and lead initiatives to make a step-change improvement in our existing compliance and safety processes, ensuring we stay ahead of global standards (e.g., CE, IEC, ISO, UL).
• Translating standards into requirements: You'll analyse complex safety standards and regulations and translate them into clear, verifiable system and subsystem requirements for our hardware and software teams.
• Analysing system architecture: You'll review the system architectures to identify potential hazards, ensure safety-critical functions are robust, and guide design choices from the start.
• Conducting technical risk assessments: You'll lead and document technical risk assessments, including Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) at the system level.
• Contributing to product certifications: You'll be a key part of the certification process, preparing technical documentation and collaborating with external labs to ensure successful product validation.
• Developing validation strategies: You'll work with our test and validation teams to create and execute test plans that verify compliance and validate the safety of the overall system.

Principal Systems – Safety Engineer

Revenue Operations

• Owning the "single source of truth" for revenue data, including the end-to-end forecasting, planning, and pipeline health processes
• Managing CRM (Salesforce) architecture, hygiene, and data governance to ensure reporting integrity and usability across the board
• Providing the analytical backbone for leadership by translating complex data into actionable insights on sales effectiveness and market trends
• Running and refining high-stakes operational rhythms (Weekly Performance Reviews, OKR tracking, and forecasting cycles)
• Acting as the "connective tissue" across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and disciplined follow-through
• Driving accountability across the revenue leadership team to ensure key projects and commitments stay on track
• Driving and coordinating high-impact initiatives across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Product on tactical and strategic topics
• Acting as the primary problem-solver when ownership is unclear or cross-departmental execution has stalled
• Identifying root causes of underperformance and working collaboratively with teams to design and implement scalable solutions
• Serving as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Revenue, helping prioritize leadership attention and surface critical risks
• Preparing high-level decision documents, presentations, and board-ready materials that communicate the strategy to the wider organization
• Challenging the status quo constructively, using data and logic to stress-test our forecasts and GTM assumptions
• Delivering complex, "no-playbook" projects where ownership is unclear, such as new tooling implementations or GTM framework redesigns

• Lead the strategic evolution of our outsourcing operations, driving performance excellence, quality optimisation, and customer experience enhancement across established outsourcing sites
• Build and own performance management frameworks from the ground up, including KPIs, SLAs, quality assurance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive operational excellence by translating data into actionable insights, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing structured solutions
• Manage commercial relationships with BPO partners, including contract negotiations, renewals, capacity planning, and expansion discussions
• Scale operations strategically when growth demands it, and lead the establishment of new outsourcing sites
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and operational success
• Influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners
