Account Executive

• Manage and grow your assigned account portfolio.
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and improve profitability.
• Be proactive, responsive, and visible, including regular site visits and customer check-ins.
• Simplify the customer experience by ensuring close management of all owned accounts.
• Follow up and requote projects as required to meet or exceed agreed revenue, margin, and growth targets across assigned customer base.
• Work closely with branches to ensure customer orders are prioritised, accurate, and aligned to site schedules and specific delivery requirements.
• Provide specification & product data as required.
• Support branches with the on-boarding of new account, ensuring that they start and continue to spend.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
• Target dormant and lapsed accounts to reactivate them.
• Build strong supplier relationships & work in partnership to secure & grow customer business. Strong team ethics – put this into a sentence to stress the importance or working as a team with your branches & your peers.

Regional Sales Executive

Account Manager

• Manage and grow our large key accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer procurement teams, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Site Agents.
• Be proactive, responsive, and visible, including regular site visits and customer check-ins.
• Follow up on projects as required to meet or exceed agreed revenue, margin, and growth targets across assigned customer base.
• Manage the full order lifecycle — inputting orders, monitoring fulfilment, and ensuring timely and complete deliveries in collaboration with internal branches and logistics teams.
• Source non-standard or bespoke product requirements in line with customer needs and timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Work closely with branches to ensure customer orders are prioritised, accurate, and aligned to site schedules and specific delivery requirements.
• Act as the day-to-day operational contact for allocated housebuilder sites, managing build progress and ensuring the right materials arrive at the right time and in the right quantities.
• Provide specification & product data, including data sheets as required.

Key Account Manager

• To drive profitable sales growth by actively winning new business.
• Develop key customer relationships and consistently exceeding performance targets.
• Find and develop new business via cold calling, lead follow ups, and general customer interaction.
• Support customers with the on-boarding of their new account, ensuring that they start and continue to spend.
• Work with the branch teams on agreeing and setting new terms of trade for all accounts.
