• Independent handling of administrative HR tasks, e.g., contract preparation, drafting references and certificates
• Processing payroll-related documents to prepare external payroll accounting
• First point of contact for store management on administrative questions and their operational implementation
• Ensuring correct payroll accounting with the external payroll provider
• Maintenance of personnel files and the time tracking system
• Responsibility for and participation in HR projects
• Preparing and delivering workshops for store management on administrative and legal matters
• Providing reports and personnel data
• Joint process optimization of administrative HR procedures
• Adapting and implementing new legal and organizational policies

HR Payroll Specialist

• Independently handle administrative HR tasks (e.g., contract preparation, drafting references and various certificates, etc.)
• Process payroll-related documents to prepare for external payroll processing
• Serve as the first point of contact for Store Management on administrative questions and operational implementation
• Ensure accurate payroll processing in coordination with the external payroll service provider
• Maintain personnel files and the time-tracking system
• Take responsibility for and participate in HR projects
• Prepare and deliver workshops for Store Management on administrative and legal topics
• Cooperate with other departments such as Legal and Controlling
• Provide reports and personnel data
• Continuously and jointly optimize all administrative HR processes
• Adapt to and implement new legal and organizational policies
