About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently handle administrative HR tasks (e.g., contract preparation, drafting references and various certificates, etc.)
- Process payroll-related documents to prepare for external payroll processing
- Serve as the first point of contact for Store Management on administrative questions and operational implementation
- Ensure accurate payroll processing in coordination with the external payroll service provider
- Maintain personnel files and the time-tracking system
- Take responsibility for and participate in HR projects
- Prepare and deliver workshops for Store Management on administrative and legal topics
- Cooperate with other departments such as Legal and Controlling
- Provide reports and personnel data
- Continuously and jointly optimize all administrative HR processes
- Adapt to and implement new legal and organizational policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
- Initial experience in Human Resources is an advantage
- Good knowledge of social security and payroll tax regulations
- Strong communication skills with internal and external departments
- Pronounced team orientation and service mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrix organization across departments
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident use of common software (MS Office, especially Excel) as well as online applications
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
