About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently handle administrative HR tasks (e.g., contract preparation, drafting references and various certificates, etc.)
  • Process payroll-related documents to prepare for external payroll processing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Store Management on administrative questions and operational implementation
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing in coordination with the external payroll service provider
  • Maintain personnel files and the time-tracking system
  • Take responsibility for and participate in HR projects
  • Prepare and deliver workshops for Store Management on administrative and legal topics
  • Cooperate with other departments such as Legal and Controlling
  • Provide reports and personnel data
  • Continuously and jointly optimize all administrative HR processes
  • Adapt to and implement new legal and organizational policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
  • Initial experience in Human Resources is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of social security and payroll tax regulations
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external departments
  • Pronounced team orientation and service mindset
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a matrix organization across departments
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident use of common software (MS Office, especially Excel) as well as online applications
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
