About the role
- Design and develop automation frameworks.
- Build robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test frameworks from scratch or enhance existing ones.
- Create, document, and maintain test scripts and scenarios.
- Write clear, reusable automated test scripts and well-structured test scenarios for integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Implement CI/CD integration and embed automated tests within pipelines.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, define test approaches, and identify relevant test data.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs; collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed quality and perform shift-left testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience.
- Hands-on test automation and coding experience using Playwright (or similar) with TypeScript.
- Strong documentation skills for creating detailed, easy-to-understand test scenarios.
- Product or business analytics experience (plus).
