QA Engineer

• Plan, design, and run comprehensive test plans for new and existing complex features.
• Champion a shift-left testing philosophy and collaborate with developers to integrate testing earlier in the SDLC.
• Proactively identify and address potential quality issues at early stages of development.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified bugs and collaborate on effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers and automation engineers to define, implement, and maintain automated tests.
• Define scenarios for automated tests, write and maintain automated test scripts, and ensure strong regression coverage.
• Work independently to execute assigned tasks and take ownership of the testing process.
• Mentor and guide team members in QA best practices, test design, and automation approaches.
