About the role

  • Developing and evolving SPP’s brand strategy to align with business goals and vision
  • Leading the development, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns (digital, print, social, experiential)
  • Owning the strategy and execution of internal and external brand events
  • Overseeing the direction of brand merchandise collections for events, selling moments, employee engagement, and customer gifting
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Merchandising, Business Development, .ca/eCommerce)
  • Managing the brand marketing budget and reporting on campaign performance
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of 4–6 direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields
  • 1+ years of management experience leading direct reports
  • Bilingual in English and French—written and verbal proficiency (preferred)
  • Experience in paid media campaign planning and execution (social, programmatic, or search)
  • Strong B2B marketing background, especially in promotional product or high-growth environments
  • Proficiency in copywriting for digital, social, and campaign messaging
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, and full-funnel campaign execution
  • Understanding of brand merchandising and product storytelling
  • Experience working with or managing external agencies or vendor partners
