About the role
- Developing and evolving SPP’s brand strategy to align with business goals and vision
- Leading the development, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns (digital, print, social, experiential)
- Owning the strategy and execution of internal and external brand events
- Overseeing the direction of brand merchandise collections for events, selling moments, employee engagement, and customer gifting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Merchandising, Business Development, .ca/eCommerce)
- Managing the brand marketing budget and reporting on campaign performance
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of 4–6 direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields
- 1+ years of management experience leading direct reports
- Bilingual in English and French—written and verbal proficiency (preferred)
- Experience in paid media campaign planning and execution (social, programmatic, or search)
- Strong B2B marketing background, especially in promotional product or high-growth environments
- Proficiency in copywriting for digital, social, and campaign messaging
- Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, and full-funnel campaign execution
- Understanding of brand merchandising and product storytelling
- Experience working with or managing external agencies or vendor partners
