Remote position with a regional focus supporting customers on the West Coast (WA, OR, CA, ID, NM, UT, CO).
Prospect and develop new Print Services business opportunities in regional markets.
Leverage existing Staples customer relationships and prospect net-new accounts.
Research and prospect companies and schedule in-person presentations for top-level executives.
Identify customer needs and develop a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy.
Partner with Key Account Managers and Print Key Account Executives to identify opportunities within the existing customer base.
Set appointments with Marketing, Procurement, or Operational executives.
Develop tailored programs with customized pricing using a consultative selling approach.
Manage account sales, strategy, and account handoff in a team selling environment.
Achieve/exceed sales targets and earn uncapped commissions; travel 30% throughout assigned geography for customer meetings.

High School Diploma/GED
4+ years previous sales experience
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Previous print/marketing program sales knowledge (preferred)
General knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives (preferred)
Previous experience using salesforce.com or a comparable sales tool. (preferred)
Experience selling to public sector (education, government, non-profit) (preferred)
Established record of success achieving sales targets (preferred)
Computer knowledge including extensive internet navigation and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
