About the role

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting within U.S. Retail focusing on store leadership to support business growth
  • Leverage recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and emerging technologies to attract talent
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders; partner on requirements, assessments and workforce planning
  • Nurture candidate relationships with transparent communication and clear role expectations
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams on recruiting operations, projects and initiatives
  • Create recruitment strategies inclusive of diverse candidate slates; source through social media, CRM, ATS and networking
  • Build short- and long-term pipelines, screen, close candidates and meet hiring timeframes

Requirements

  • 4+ years high volume recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience finding qualified candidates in a competitive labor market using authentic messaging and leveraging new and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated success being a collaborative and consultative partner with hiring managers and HR leaders, including being seen as an expert in assessing and closing talent
  • Previous experience meeting hiring and sourcing goals and metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively source through multiple channels and leverage available tools and resources to increase the diversity of applicant pools
  • Success in overcoming challenges and an unwavering commitment to accountability and results
