Own full lifecycle recruiting within U.S. Retail focusing on store leadership to support business growth
Leverage recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and emerging technologies to attract talent
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders; partner on requirements, assessments and workforce planning
Nurture candidate relationships with transparent communication and clear role expectations
Collaborate with HR and business teams on recruiting operations, projects and initiatives
Create recruitment strategies inclusive of diverse candidate slates; source through social media, CRM, ATS and networking
Build short- and long-term pipelines, screen, close candidates and meet hiring timeframes
Requirements
4+ years high volume recruiting and sourcing experience
Experience finding qualified candidates in a competitive labor market using authentic messaging and leveraging new and emerging technologies
Demonstrated success being a collaborative and consultative partner with hiring managers and HR leaders, including being seen as an expert in assessing and closing talent
Previous experience meeting hiring and sourcing goals and metrics
Demonstrated ability to effectively source through multiple channels and leverage available tools and resources to increase the diversity of applicant pools
Success in overcoming challenges and an unwavering commitment to accountability and results
