About the role

  • Support Staples Technology Solutions (STS) customers
  • Routinely interact with customers who require assistance resolving complex or escalated issues
  • Provide support for CSR internal team members for escalations
  • Perform research and determine optimal resolution
  • Provide timely follow-up and follow-through
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (internal and external)
  • Document details related to customer contacts
  • Develop subject matter expertise across business areas
  • Contribute to achieving KPIs (quality, productivity, schedule compliance, attendance)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years customer service (or equivalent) experience OR previously demonstrated success in a CSR I or II role
  • Distraction-free, designated workspace/home office with high-speed internet
  • Experience with basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware set up
  • Must be able to work 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern time for training
  • After training, must be able to work 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern time
  • Preferred: Two years customer service experience within the past 5 years
  • Preferred: Previous work from home experience
  • Preferred: Experience providing customer service support to a technical customer base preferred
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
