Ensure promotion of the right online order platform for each customer maximizing customer experience and optimal revenue generation while balancing the overall cost to serve.
Coordinate, expedite, and manage print implementation from customer signed proposal through set-up on web ordering platform.
Improve implementation timeline through effective project management & collaboration with internal and external customers.
Verify that all required information for the implementation is available and accurate, including pricing, specifications, artwork, customer requirements, etc.
Collaborate with Print & Marketing Account Executives as the resident online print specialist, partnering on the best program solution.
Lead implementation calls with customer, vendor, and sales team to gather specific details concerning the set-up of print program items; distribute recap notes of the implementation call.
Follow-up with the customer, implementation team members, and/or sales team to collect missing information.

High School Diploma or GED
Previous project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
2+ years of relevant print/digital copy experience (customer service, sales, project management), preferably with business-to-business customers (preferred)
XMPie uStore experience (preferred)
Print experience (preferred)
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (preferred)
