About the role
- Support the team in CRM & Shopify Operations to drive customer retention.
- Create, plan and optimize newsletter campaigns (DE & EN).
- Implement and continuously improve automations and flows.
- Segment customer groups and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Maintain products in the D2C and B2B shops and perform operational checks.
Requirements
- Some practical experience in marketing, e-commerce, or communications.
- Experience with Shopify — both in email marketing and shop maintenance.
- Confident written communication in German and English.
- Experience structuring newsletter flows and automations.
- Proficient with digital tools and AI.
