About the role

  • Support the team in CRM & Shopify Operations to drive customer retention.
  • Create, plan and optimize newsletter campaigns (DE & EN).
  • Implement and continuously improve automations and flows.
  • Segment customer groups and monitor relevant KPIs.
  • Maintain products in the D2C and B2B shops and perform operational checks.

Requirements

  • Some practical experience in marketing, e-commerce, or communications.
  • Experience with Shopify — both in email marketing and shop maintenance.
  • Confident written communication in German and English.
  • Experience structuring newsletter flows and automations.
  • Proficient with digital tools and AI.
