About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Work collaboratively with project leaders, design partners, peers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and team members.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Nurtures existing client relationships and proactively pursues opportunities for new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional License is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Functional knowledge of BIM software Revit
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
