About the role
- Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with client groups
- Proactively partner with clients to identify strategic issues and provide advice
- Manage HR activities spanning employee engagement, retention, and talent development
- Lead workforce management activities including recruitment and retention
- Drive engagement & culture initiatives
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset
Requirements
- Proven influencer and collaborator with HR experience
- Developed skills in coaching managers, facilitation, conflict resolution, and relationship management
- 7+ years of related HR business partner experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- HR certification preferred
- Ability to travel to other Stantec offices as needed
- Strong MS Office Suite skills preferred
