About the role

  • Oversee operational excellence and quality management for North America and Latin America region
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies while driving continuous improvement
  • Lead the regional audit team and coordinate audits
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and maintain high quality standards
  • Champion compliance with the organization’s IMS and maintain ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001)
  • Collaborate with regional Practice Services leaders to ensure application of IMS standards
  • Conduct internal audits and evaluate management systems' effectiveness
  • Address findings from regional external audits to maintain certifications
  • Provide real-time support to auditees and present results to management
  • Develop and execute regional corrective action plans (CAPAs) in response to audit findings
  • Recommend improvements to audit processes and methodologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience working in a consulting firm environment; auditing related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001
  • Formal audit certification(s) would be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise influence through communication, negotiation and relationship building rather than through formal authority structures
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities and complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products, with some advanced knowledge of Excel functions such as macros and VBA manipulation
  • Knowledge of programming in Power BI would be considered an asset
  • Strong presentation skills in small or large group environments, with proficiency in presentation support tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • French or Spanish language skills would be considered an asset
  • Must be willing to travel in applicable region up to 40%
  • Must have a valid passport and good driving record
