About the role
- Lead work on medium and large healthcare projects
- Manage and grow a team of Structural Engineers
- Develop business locally and regionally for all disciplines
- Responsible for managing complex tasks on medium-to-large size projects
- Plan, organize, and direct project work to deliver successfully to clients
- Maintain client relationships
- Oversee development of building documentation in software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and project teams
Requirements
- 12 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, Master’s degree preferred
- California Professional Engineering license is required
- California Structural Engineering license is required
- Healthcare experience required
- OSHPD/HCAI experience required
