Assist in analyzing traffic data and toll facility transaction data.
Conduct specialized toll facility analyses, including feasibility studies, investment-grade traffic and revenue studies, toll rate analyses, customer behavior assessments, net revenue evaluations, and toll diversion modeling.
Perform transportation planning studies, traffic impact studies, traffic operations analyses, and speed studies.
Develop plans for collecting traffic and toll facility transaction data.
Create long-term traffic and revenue forecasts for toll roads.
Draft technical memoranda and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Transportation Planning, City and Regional Planning, Operations Research, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience is preferred. Previous internship experience a plus.
A master’s degree is considered an asset.
EIT or AICP certification is a plus.
Experience with large databases, dashboard development, and related software such as Power BI, Tableau, or MySQL.
Familiarity with computer programming languages (e.g., C, Java, Python).
Knowledge of GIS software.
Strong proficiency in standard business software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Strong interest in transportation planning and socioeconomics.
