About the role

  • Perform civil design using knowledge of relevant software programs
  • Work with other engineering disciplines to complete projects under senior guidance
  • Perform field work and basic calculations to analyze civil system components
  • Assist with engineering duties on various projects
  • Collect data to support design decisions
  • Verify compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Analyze proposed project solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering
  • 0-3 years of experience, Co-op/Internship experience preferred
  • Understanding of civil engineering concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience in reading and interpreting construction and legal drawings
  • A valid Ontario Driver’s Permit and your own vehicle are required
