About the role
- Manage day-to-day administration of HR services and processes ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, accurate and timely support.
- Support a wide array of HR needs including employee inquiries and HR functional processes.
- Provide broad-based support for established systems and processes, ensuring ongoing quality control, adherence to corporate and departmental guidelines as well as adaption to meet changing employee and business needs.
- Partner with HR, COEs, and regional leaders to ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred appropriately to the HR Service Delivery team.
- Address confidential, complex and time sensitive data, process or service-related issues with a customer centric approach.
- Collaborate with other HR Global Process Owners to support HR Programs and lead improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related fields. (desirable)
- Demonstrable HR experience to include expertise in HR Shared Services or multi-function HR expertise (e.g., WFA, compensation, recruiting, payroll, benefits, learning, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management portal and case management systems (Salesforce/Service Now) and Human Capital Management (Workday) technology solutions.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, project management, and process documentation.
