About the role
- Prioritizes projects to ensure execution with excellence and focus on the most important business deliverables
- Helps address issues and obstacles across teams to enable project completion
- Oversees brand building and aligns recommendations with the leadership team
- Oversees brand budgets to ensure spending is in line with plan
- Influences Product and Channel teams to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Coordinates with in-house Studio and external agencies for strategic objectives
- Writes clear and concise creative briefs
- Analyzes and interprets data to identify and effectively communicate key insights
- Develops new ideas to bring the right Customer Experience to life
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preference in marketing or communications
- 6+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role
- Proficiency using PowerPoint and strong presentation skills
- Experience creating Brand Position & Fundamentals, & Global NPD launch initiatives
- Strategic Planning for category and brand-specific objectives
- Brand Governance to ensure consistency and compliance for iconic brands
- Collaborate on Budget Allocation for Marketing across all key brands
