About the role
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customer portfolio
- Develop growth strategies for assigned accounts
- Perform Customer analytics; Monitor ordering patterns, notify customers of re-order points
- Collaborate with Engineering on new product applications and cross sell opportunities
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales target
- Nurture website and marketing campaign leads and follow-up on quotations
- Coordinate the fulfilment of customer requirements (technical support, training, sales collateral, etc.)
- Partner with Customer Service and Sales Operations to provide best in class service to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of account management experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with JD Edwards or SAP preferred
