About the role

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customer portfolio
  • Develop growth strategies for assigned accounts
  • Perform Customer analytics; Monitor ordering patterns, notify customers of re-order points
  • Collaborate with Engineering on new product applications and cross sell opportunities
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales target
  • Nurture website and marketing campaign leads and follow-up on quotations
  • Coordinate the fulfilment of customer requirements (technical support, training, sales collateral, etc.)
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales Operations to provide best in class service to customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of account management experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with JD Edwards or SAP preferred
