About the role

  • Lead a high-performing team focused on delivering actionable insights and analytics to drive brand and product strategy
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Brand and Product BI/data visualization team, ensuring quality deliverables and alignment with enterprise strategy
  • Manage team output, performance, and accountability; support career progression for direct reports and mentees
  • Collaborate with SBD teams and senior stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for BI initiatives
  • Communicate complex analytics concepts in business language to senior leadership to drive business outcomes
  • Support requirements gathering, priority setting, unit testing, and UAT with business partners and peer teams
  • Oversee budget planning and ensure financial accountability for the BI function
  • Champion process excellence, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure effective monitoring, issue isolation, corrective action, and resolution implementation for process/team stability
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team resources to foster a culture of excellence and innovation

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of BI tools (especially MS Power BI), data engineering (Snowflake), and analytics methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Certifications in BI, Analytics, or Project Management (e.g., CBIP, PMP)
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
