Support development and execution of innovative and dynamic social media content across Stanley Black & Decker’s North America brand portfolio
Proactively identify opportunities for the brand to engage with brand fans, other brands, trending cultural moments and viral content using social listening tools (Sprinklr) and native platforms
Develop, in partnership with Global Creative Studio and Social Team, on-brand, engaging ways to bring the brand into relevant digital and social conversations
Track and report on the performance/success of outbound engagements to demonstrate and quantify impact on business goals
Develop, optimize, and share processes, standards, key learnings, and best practices for outbound social community management in partnership with the Social Media and Influencer Team
Bring brand personality to life in ways that are relatable to tradespeople and pros to reinforce brand position, values, and messaging
Collaborate within the NA Brand Marketing team and with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in marketing or communication
1-2 years of social media experience in a corporate setting
Experience using Social Media Management tools like Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprout
Experience with social listening tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Khoros, Sprout, Brandwatch, etc.)
Expertise in social media platforms and online forums including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit
Keen eye for viral, trending, or meaningful content and engagement opportunities
Creativity and passion for social media
Ability to track and report on performance/success of outbound engagements
Strong collaboration skills to work with Global Creative Studio and Social Team
