About the role

  • Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, special pack requirement and inventory availability.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and solve for opportunities to improve key service metrics such as pricing, order fill, on time delivery, invoice accuracy, and case fill.
  • Communicate with customers by tracking orders and shipments, trouble shooting and responding to all other questions, inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion.
  • Meet and exceed service level expectations as defined by the customer and sales team.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting supply chain customer compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.
  • Monitor weekly/monthly unit fill rate and on-time delivery performance.
  • Research root causes for reliability failures and develop corrective action plans with cross functional supply chain counterparts.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities around case pick, full pallet ordering and internal network optimizations.
  • Review and manage forecast consumption and supply/demand alignment.
  • Proactively lead product allocation and reservations decision making.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in customer supply chain, forecasting, inventory management, or supply/operations planning
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse, Power BI).
