About the role
- Translation of global brand strategies into winning regional initiatives for the brand
- Drive innovation, manage regional Brand strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver market leading brand execution and commercial results
- Ensure consistent brand activation and connectivity across Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Farm & Hardware channels in the region
- Monitor and optimize marketing effectiveness to drive brand growth and engagement
- Oversee new product launches in the region, ensuring market readiness and alignment with company objectives
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience elevating a diverse portfolio and developing a product marketing agenda into a sustainable growth engine
- Hands-on leader with excellent communications skills and a broad background with a foundation in general management
- Multi-channel expertise (Retail, eCommerce and Independent)
- Strong Commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making skills and end-user centric approach
- Strong background in innovation strategy and experience successfully developing new products, including creating strategic roadmaps
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
