About the role

  • Translation of global brand strategies into winning regional initiatives for the brand
  • Drive innovation, manage regional Brand strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver market leading brand execution and commercial results
  • Ensure consistent brand activation and connectivity across Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Farm & Hardware channels in the region
  • Monitor and optimize marketing effectiveness to drive brand growth and engagement
  • Oversee new product launches in the region, ensuring market readiness and alignment with company objectives
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience elevating a diverse portfolio and developing a product marketing agenda into a sustainable growth engine
  • Hands-on leader with excellent communications skills and a broad background with a foundation in general management
  • Multi-channel expertise (Retail, eCommerce and Independent)
  • Strong Commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making skills and end-user centric approach
  • Strong background in innovation strategy and experience successfully developing new products, including creating strategic roadmaps
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
