• Communicate with customers and assist with production workflows
• Serve as a key point of contact during the installation process
• Schedule jobs efficiently and maintain installation timelines
• Work closely with sales representatives, Install Specialists, and internal departments to resolve scheduling challenges
• Assist with material verification and installation date confirmations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
