About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support installation operations across North America by coordinating scheduling activities
Communicate with customers and assist with production workflows
Serve as a key point of contact during the installation process
Schedule jobs efficiently and maintain installation timelines
Work closely with sales representatives, Install Specialists, and internal departments to resolve scheduling challenges
Assist with material verification and installation date confirmations
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities
Previous installation coordination or project scheduling experience (preferred)
Experience in home improvement, construction, installation, manufacturing, or production environments (preferred)
Knowledge of scheduling processes, material tracking, and production workflows (preferred)
Experience using CRM, scheduling, or production management systems (preferred)
