About the role
- Partner with our Recruiter and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategy
- Build high-quality pipelines for both active and upcoming roles
- Leverage modern sourcing technologies, including AI-powered sourcing and talent intelligence tools, to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages
- Qualify candidates via initial outreach conversations when needed
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline health and response rates
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house sourcing experience
- Proven ability to source for GTM roles (experience with technical roles is a plus)
- Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted talent discovery platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build strong pipelines without heavy reliance on expensive sourcing subscriptions
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage multiple searches within limited weekly hours
