Product Manager

• Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and feature prioritization to launch and iteration
• Spend time with customers, sales, and support teams to deeply understand their pain points/needs, and translate this knowledge into actionable product strategies
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, and help prioritize features that create the most value for customers
• Collect and analyze data from product usage metrics, customer feedback, in-house stakeholders and competitor data to inform product decisions and feature requirements
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery
• Use data from product usage, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and continuously improve the product
