About the role

  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, and referrals
  • Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess candidate fit and interest
  • Work closely with TA leadership and hiring managers to refine search strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role
  • Strong interest in sourcing and proactive candidate outreach
  • Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage high activity levels and track metrics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar ATS/CRM systems
  • Exposure to Boolean search or talent research techniques
  • Experience in agency recruiting, campus recruiting, or high-volume hiring environments
