About the role
- Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, and referrals
- Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess candidate fit and interest
- Work closely with TA leadership and hiring managers to refine search strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role
- Strong interest in sourcing and proactive candidate outreach
- Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high activity levels and track metrics
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar ATS/CRM systems
- Exposure to Boolean search or talent research techniques
- Experience in agency recruiting, campus recruiting, or high-volume hiring environments
