• Assist clients in the complete project cycle, including project entry, billing, and project-related reporting.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by researching and analyzing accounting data.
• Provide recurring transactional assistance to clients: accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card import, and consultant invoice management.
• Provide month-end closing services: reconciliation of general ledger, control accounts, bank and credit cards, prepayment and loan schedule updates.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Identify root causes of issues and propose solutions to resolve them.
• Participate in the on-boarding process of new OAS clients.
• Recommend process and profitability improvements and communicate suggestions to appropriate parties.
• Build and maintain client relationships and have ownership over a book of business and clients.
• Communicate with clients and co-workers and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Work with accounting software/systems and manage a variety of tasks.

• As a Finance Senior Consultant within our Consulting team, you will partner with clients to deliver a range of services, including Vision/Vantagepoint system implementations, consultative training, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices to optimize system performance. You’ll evaluate client needs, present tailored solutions, and oversee client and project management activities such as budget monitoring, billing, collections, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• This role needs a combination of expertise, leadership, mentoring skills, and business acumen to deliver value to our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting practice.
