About the role
- Provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure smooth and compliant HR operations
- Keep employee records accurate and up to date in our HR system
- Process recruitment administration: job postings, interview scheduling, responses to candidates
- Complete recruitment checks as part of the pre-onboarding process
- Prepare contract information and onboarding documentation
- Manage Annual Leave and maintain the holiday booking system (Absentify)
- Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and kept up to date with changing legislation
- Provide information about monthly payroll changes / actions to the payroll provider
- Support offboarding and exit processes
- Answer employee questions on policies and procedures
- Provide HR support/advice to the Leadership Team
- Keep organisation charts updated
- Support other projects eg Quality standards accreditation
- Assist with monthly newsletter and other communications
Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Ideally at least 3 years HR experience
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
